Hyresvillkor:
Legitimation måste visas vid all uthyrning. Hyrestagaren måste ha fyllt 18 år.
Gäller bokningen en grupp så räcker det med att en person legitimerar sig. Då är det den personen som ansvarar över hyrd utrustning.
Bokningen är bindande. Utrustningen skall upphämtas senast 11.00 den aktuella hyresdagen. Efter 12.00 hyrs utrustningen ut till nästa kund.
All betalning sker i förskott.
Avbokning:
Vid avbokning 7 dagar innan hyresdatum återbetalas hela beloppet. Vid avbokning 2-5 dagar innan hyresdagen så debiteras 50% av hyreskostnaden. Vid avbokning senare än 2 dagar betalas ingen ersättning ut. Vid sjukdomsfall uppvisas läkarintyg och då ersätts du som kund fullt ut.
Hyrd utrustning:
Utrustningen skall skötas med ansvar och gott omdöme. Det krävs att du har uppsikt över hyrd utrustning.
Skulle utrustningen bli stulen eller skadad vid tillfället så blir du ersättningskyldig av det aktuella värdet.
Regler:
All cykling sker på egen risk. Skador som uppkommer på egen utrustning anvarar vi ej för. Vi har inga försäkringar som gäller dig personligen eller grupp. Bra att undersöka via din hemförsäkring vad som gäller vid eventuell olycka.
Innan avfärd:
Hyrestagaren skall kontrollera och godkänna att all utrustning är ok.
Vid återlämnandet av utrustningen skall den vara i det skick som den var vid hyrestillfället. Skulle skador upptäckas så blir du ersättningsskyldig upp till det aktuella värdet. Kostnad för att laga utrustningen till sitt ursprungliga skick tillkommer.
Utrustningen måste återlämnas innan stängningstid 17.00 om inte annat är överenskommet.
Utlåning eller uthyrning till andra part är ej tillåtet.
Trafikregler:
Hyrestagaren måste följa de lagar och föreskrifter som gäller för det område cyklingen avser. Vid cykling på allmän väg så måste cykeln vara utrustad med reflexer samt ringklocka.
Avbokning på grund av dåligt väder gäller inte som anledning till avbokning, exempelvis stark vind, regn, snö, kyla.
Däremot kan vi som företag ställa in om vi anser att det inte är säkert att genomföra turen.
Terms:
Renters must be at least 18 and show proof of identity when picking up the fatbike. If the booking is made for a group one person needs to show proof of identification. That person will then be responsible for the rented equipment.
All bookings are binding and the equipment must be picked up no later than 11.00. If not picked up before that time the equipment will be available for another customer to rent.
Payment must be made in advance.
Cancellation:
Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will be refunded fully. Cancellations 2-5 days in advance will be refunded with 50%. Cancellations later than 2 days prior to the rental date will not be refunded at all. If the cancellation is due to illness or other medical reasons the renter will be refunded the full amount if a doctor's note is shown.
Rented equipment:
The equipment must be cared for responsibly. In case of theft or damage to the equipment the renter will be liable to reimburse the loss or damage.
Rules:
Cycling is done at the renters own risk. In case of damage to the renters own equipment, clothes and so on Åre Fatbike will not be responsible. Furthermore we have no insurance for personal injuries that may occur to you or anyone in your group while renting our equipment. We recommend our customers to consult their home insurance for information in this regard.
Before cycling:
The renter is responsible to check and then approve the equipment at pick up. The equipment must be in the same condition when returned. In case of damages to the equipment the renter will be liable to reimburse the damages as well as reparation costs.
The equipment must be returned no later than 17.00 unless there is another agreement between renter and Åre Fatbike.
The equipment is for the renter solely. It is not permitted to transfer or secondhand rent to another party.
Traffic rules:
The renter must obey to the laws and regulations that prevail in the area where cycling takes place. When cycling on roads where traffic rules applies the fatbikes must be equipped with reflexes and cycle bells.
Cancellations due to bad weather conditions such as strong winds, rain, snow, low temperatures will not be reimbursed. However Åre Fatbike reserves the right to cancel a booking in case the weather conditions are considered to be hazardous.
